We are as passionate about the healthy lifestyle as we are about great food. All of our meats are trimmed of visible fats, we don't use hydrogenated oils, we use skim milk and of course our most common cooking method is in the tandoor, where fat cooks of naturally.
Obviously some dishes are going to be more calorific than others, but if you're watching your weight, we can provide many light dishes and we're going to be a considerably better choice than most restaurants.
